Retail Therapy

Neil Grigg, acting for two different private landlords, has completed two lettings, within two days of each other on good quality, prominent, commercial property. The tenants, Sportsdirect.com, in Sudbury, and The Original Factory Shop, in Diss, are major national retail operations,  and perhaps demonstrate the changing face of the retail market.  Both lettings came about following the failure of the previous (different) tenant in each location.

We had to act swiftly to clear off the old leases at the Land Registry, dealing with different Administrators for the defunct tenants, as well as meeting deadlines for shopfitting and completion.

Greene & Greene has acted for each private landlord on their  property requirements for many years.
